　The wine is fermented at low temperature for a few days to extract a pleasant aroma. The aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and Japanese citrus fruits spread out, and fresh acidity and green herbal nuances envelop the entire wine along with gentle fruitiness." (Adapted from a bottle of Akiu wine)
