The "Spicy tomato sauce with Izunuma bacon and three kinds of cheese" using "sticky" fresh pasta, which has been improved over the years at our noodle-making laboratory, is a dish that has not changed since the establishment of the restaurant. Other dishes include carefully selected Sendai beef dishes that showcase the freshness and flavor of the ingredients, authentic risotto made with Miyagi Prefecture-grown Hitomebore, and melt-in-your-mouth basque cheese cake made with Zao cream cheese.
